Project Z

Project Z is Jimmy Herring, Ricky Keller and Jeff Sipe. Jimmy Herring began his career in 1988 as a member of the critically acclaimed group The Aquarium Rescue Unit (ARU) and has been the lead guitarist for Widespread Panic since 2006. Jeff Sipe was an original member of ARU and has also played with Leftover Salmon and Trey Anastasio. Ricky Keller was in Col. Bruce Hampton’s Late Bronze Age Band in the 80s and was a critically acclaimed music producer and studio musician. The trio’s debut album on Terminus Records is experimental, progressive, funky, and a barrel of fun.
